Candleriggs: Heating Mandatory Billing 

Candleriggs tenants receive heating through Homebox. This is a mandatory service that cannot be cancelled. Tenants are required to upload monthly meter readings and can add other services to their package if desired.

Candleriggs is a heating-only site, and all tenants must maintain an active Homebox account throughout their tenancy. The heating service is compulsory and forms part of your building’s energy infrastructure, ensuring consistent and accurate billing for your usage.

Meter readings:
Tenants must upload their heating meter readings each month through the Homebox dashboard. This allows us to generate accurate bills based on actual consumption.

Adding other services:
If you wish, you can add other utilities such as electricity, water, or broadband to your Homebox package for easier management and consolidated billing.

Account status:
Your heating account is mandatory and cannot be cancelled while living at Candleriggs.
