Can I switch my energy to a different supplier
If you choose a tariff or supplier outside of Homebox’s limited selection, we won’t be able to manage that bill for you, and early exit fees may apply.
Homebox works with a limited selection of trusted energy suppliers and tariffs to make it easy for us to manage your bills in one place.
If you decide to switch to a tariff or supplier that isn’t part of our selection, we’ll be unable to manage that bill on your behalf. This means your energy account will need to be managed directly between you and your new supplier.
If this happens, we will have to cancel your Homebox subscription, and you may also be charged an early exit fee by your current energy supplier if you leave before your 12-month contract finishes.
Tip: Before switching, contact our Customer Services team to check if your preferred tariff is one we can manage for you. We may be able to help find a similar option within our supported range.
Note: If you change your supplier to one we do not recommend, we will no longer be able to manage your account, and cancellation fees will apply.
