How do I get a copy of my Energy bill?

View and download all your Energy bills through your Homebox online account or request a copy from our Customer Support Team.

To get a copy of your Energy bills, log in to your Homebox dashboard. Here you can view all your bills and payment history in one place, by accessing 

If you can't see copies of your bills, then you can get in touch with our Customer Services team to download and send a copy to you, where we can access your online billing account with the supplier.

If you don’t have your login information, please contact our Customer Services team. They can help you recover your account so you can access your bills.

Tip: Check your email inbox (and junk folder) for your login details when first signing up, so you can access bills quickly.

Note: Your online account provides the most up-to-date bills, so it’s the fastest way to get accurate copies for any period.

Some supplier bills are not yet automatically uploaded to your dashboard, and this is currently being worked on by our technical teams.
