If you need proof of your gas or electricity usage, Homebox can request a bill from your supplier. Please remember to send regular meter readings to keep your records accurate.

If you need proof of your gas or electricity usage, for example, for a tenancy, account query, or refund, then Homebox can help by requesting a bill directly from your energy supplier on your behalf.

This bill will show your energy usage, charges, and account details, which can be used as official proof of usage.

To make sure the information on your bill is correct, please remember to send regular meter readings through your Homebox dashboard. Supplying accurate readings helps ensure your bills reflect your actual energy consumption and prevents estimated charges.

Tip: If you have a smart meter, your readings are sent automatically to the supplier.

Note: If your supplier is still waiting for an up-to-date meter reading, the proof of usage may be delayed until new readings are received.
