Why am I paying for two energy payments?
You may see two payments for the same energy supplier; one for gas and one for electricity, which can be viewed on your Homebox dashboard.
If it looks like you’re paying two energy suppliers, don’t worry. You are actually paying one energy supplier for two separate services: one payment for gas and one for electricity.
Viewing payments:
Both payments are clearly displayed on your Homebox dashboard, so you can track your spending and confirm that charges are correct.

Tip: Remember that this is standard practice when gas and electricity are supplied separately by the same provider to have 2 bills and payments.
