How do I add a new housemate to my Homebox package?

Share your new housemate’s name and mobile number with us, and we’ll invite them to create their own Homebox account.

If you’ve got a new housemate moving in, it’s easy to add them to your Homebox package. Just contact us with their full name and mobile number. Once we have their details, we’ll send them an email invitation to set up their own Homebox account.

You can share their details by emailing support@homebox.co.uk or chatting with us on WhatsApp at +44 735 300 2806.

Tip: Make sure your housemate checks their junk or spam folder if they don’t see the invitation email in their inbox within a few minutes.

Note: Your new housemate will need to complete their account setup before they can access the shared Homebox dashboard and view bills or usage information.
