How do I join Homebox?

Join Homebox online, by email, or by phone. Select your package, add services, enter details, set up your Direct Debit, and confirm your order.

You can join Homebox in three ways: over the phone, via an email link, or online at www.homebox.co.uk by pressing Get a Quote.

Once you start, you’ll select your address and the number of housemates. You can then build your order, choosing the services you want: energy, water, internet, or other add-ons.

By default, your Homebox package includes energy and water. You can add internet during this stage. For Sky TV, Council Tax, or TV Licence, you can contact us directly or refer to the relevant Knowledge Base articles for guidance.

Next, you’ll provide your personal details, set up your Direct Debit, and confirm your order. Once done, your Homebox membership is active.

Note: After joining, we send a confirmation email summarising your package and start the process of setting up your accounts. Separate Knowledge Base articles explain the next steps for energy, internet, TV, and other services.
