How do I set up my water bills with Homebox?
Your water supplier is added to your Homebox package and the process usually takes around 30 days.
When you move in, we add your water supplier to your Homebox package. We then notify the supplier of your move-in date so they know when your tenancy starts.

Setting up water bills typically takes around 30 days. During this period, your supplier prepares your first bill.
Receiving the bill:
Most suppliers will send the bill directly to Homebox, and we will handle it for you. Some suppliers may send the bill directly to the property. If this happens, please upload the bill to your Homebox dashboard, and we will action it promptly.
Tip: Check your dashboard regularly to see when your water bill has been added. Upload any supplier bills as soon as you receive them to avoid delays.
Note: Your water services will start from your tenancy move-in date, even if the first bill hasn’t arrived yet.
