How does Homebox set up my Sky TV and when will it be ready?
Homebox signs you up to Sky TV. Activation is confirmed in 2 working days and your Sky Stream box is delivered for setup.
When you sign up for Sky TV through Homebox, we register your account with Sky over the phone. Once your order is processed, Sky manages your account directly.
Within 2 working days, Sky will confirm your activation date.
Your Sky Stream box will be dispatched to your address. Someone will need to be at home to sign for it, as delivery requires a signature.
Once your Sky Stream box has arrived, you will need to connect it to your internet for it to work. Make sure your broadband meets the minimum speed requirements to enjoy Sky TV smoothly:

Standard Viewing: 25 Mbps recommended minimum

Ultra HD (UHD): 30 Mbps for a single puck

UHD with Whole Home: 35 Mbps required for multiple pucks
After connecting your box to the internet, your Sky TV service will be fully active and ready to use.
Note: Any support or issues with your Sky TV service must be handled directly with Sky. Homebox does not manage Sky accounts after setup.
