Changing your package (What you can and can’t do)
You can make changes to your Homebox package, such as adding new services, but some parts of your plan are fixed for 12 months and can’t be removed early without a fee.
What you can do
You can update your package to include additional services at any time. This helps keep everything managed under one Homebox account and one monthly payment.
You can:

✅ Add Council Tax to your package

✅ Set up Sky TV through Homebox

✅ Add Water if it’s not already included

✅ Add Heat Billing (where applicable, for communal heating systems)

✅ Add Hot Water Billing (where applicable)
These changes can be made by contacting our team or through your Homebox Dashboard.
What you can’t do
Some services in your Homebox package are part of fixed-term agreements and can’t be removed early without a fee:

❌ Internet: Once your internet service is activated, it can’t be removed within the first 12 months without paying an early termination fee.

❌ Energy: Energy is part of a 12-month fixed-term tariff. It can’t be removed from your package until the renewal date unless you pay an exit fee.
📘 Note: These fixed terms are set by the suppliers to cover the cost of setup and installation.
