Utilities with Homebox - Hove Gardens

We make moving smoother by handling essential utilities on your behalf. We work directly with the team at Hove Gardens to manage and bill for your electricity and water supply, ensuring you only pay for what you use and that everything is set up correctly from day one.
 
The electricity and water supplies at Hove Gardens are provided through commercial building-wide contracts. Because this is a commercial setup, suppliers are pre-selected by the building and
residents are not able to choose their own. Heating is generated by Hove Gardens on-site.
 
Hove Gardens are your supplier, who resell electricity and water which is supplied to the building. Each apartment has sub-meters that track exactly what you use, covering things like lighting, appliances, hot water, and heating.

Cancellation

Electricity, heating and water are provided by building management, it is not possible to change suppliers or to cancel your contract separately from your tenancy or lease.

Your hot water bill covers the energy used to heat the water only, it does not include the supply of water. Your tariff are variable and is based upon the cost of electricity and water paid by Hove Gardens.
Electricity and Heating rates exclude VAT at 5%
The Heating standing charges covers any maintenance of the heating system, your meters and cost of billing.
