Southern Water has confirmed that the water rates for Hove Gardens increased from 1 April 2025.
Due to late notification from Southern Water, both Hove Gardens and Homebox were informed after the rate change had already taken effect. We sincerely apologise for the short notice this has caused.
As the rates are set by the water supplier, Homebox is required to apply the updated charges retrospectively from 1 April 2025. This means your bill may show an increase covering usage from this date onward.
