Can I change my internet activation date?
You can change your internet activation date with at least 2 working days’ notice. Homebox coordinates with Virgin Media, but Home Unity customers contact them directly.
Yes, you can request to change your internet activation date, but only if you give at least 2 working days’ notice and want to move the date forward. Activation dates cannot be moved backwards.
To request a new date, you should provide 3 preferred dates and times. Time slots are generally:

Morning: 8:00 – 13:00 (Monday to Friday)

Afternoon: 13:00 – 18:00 (Monday to Friday)

Home Unity: You must contact Home Unity directly to request a new activation date. Homebox does not coordinate this.

Virgin Media: Homebox will coordinate with Virgin Media to arrange the new date based on your preferred slots.
Note: We always aim to book the soonest available date that fits your preferred times, subject to the supplier’s live availability.
