What if your router hasn’t arrived?

Your router should arrive 1–2 days before your confirmed activation date. If it hasn’t arrived, check your emails for delivery updates or contact your supplier for help.

When to expect your router

Your router is sent shortly before your broadband activation date. It will usually arrive 1–2 working days before your confirmed activation date.
You can find your activation date in your confirmation email from the supplier.

If you’re with Virgin Media

If your router hasn’t arrived and your supplier is Virgin Media, please contact Homebox Support through our contact page.

We’ll check your order status and contact Virgin Media on your behalf to confirm where your router is or arrange a replacement delivery if needed.

If you’re with Home Unity

If your broadband supplier is Home Unity, please:

  1. Check your emails for tracking information as this will include a Royal Mail tracking link.

  2. You can then visit the Royal Mail tracking page to:

    • Track your router delivery

    • Arrange collection from a local delivery office

    • Book a redelivery if you missed it

If there are any issues with delivery or your router hasn’t arrived within 1 working day of your activation date, please contact Home Unity directly for help.

📘 Tip: Make sure someone is home to receive the delivery where possible, and check safe spaces or with neighbours in case the router has already been delivered.
