Mandatory Billing: Dandi Battersea and Dandi Ferme House
You must have a Homebox account to pay for your electricity, hot water, cold water and heating.
Do I need to submit meter readings? No. Smart meters installed in your property send daily readings automatically, so you do not need to submit monthly meter readings through the Homebox resident app.
How do I pay?You must pay through Direct Debit.
How are my bills calculated? For the first three months, your utility payments are based on estimated consumption. After the first three months, Homebox reviews your payments against your actual consumption every three months.
If you have built up a credit, it will be used towards your utility costs and your Direct Debit will be lowered. If your consumption has been higher than estimated, your Direct Debit will be increased.
Do I need to tell Homebox when I move out?No. Building management will notify Homebox when your tenancy ends, and your account will be updated accordingly.
Your account will close on the day your tenancy ends, and your final bill will be produced within 48 hours. You do not need to submit final meter readings because your property has smart meters.
What happens if I have a credit or outstanding balance?- If your account is in credit: Dandi will refund the credit to you.
- If you owe money: You will either make a one-off payment through Homebox or the outstanding amount will be deducted from your deposit.
