Getting Help with Your Sky Stream Service
If you can’t see Sky in your Homebox dashboard, your account has likely been set up directly with Sky. You’ll need to contact Sky for support on 0333 759 4830.
If you need help with your Sky Stream service, start by checking your Homebox dashboard.

If Sky appears in your dashboard, your service is managed through Homebox — please contact our Customer Services team for help.

If Sky does not appear in your dashboard, this means your account has been set up directly with Sky, not through your Homebox package.
In this case, you’ll need to contact Sky directly for support.

If Sky was set up by us outside of your Homebox package, it still means you have a direct account with Sky, and any account or billing questions will need to be handled by them.
Tip: Before calling Sky, have your Sky account number or viewing card details ready — this will help them find your account quickly.
Note: Homebox will only be able to assist with Sky Stream if it appears as part of your Homebox package in your dashboard.
