What happens once I upload a bill to my account?

Our Operations team uses a variety of tools to make sure your bill is handled as quickly as possible. Here’s what we do:

  • Use AI to scan your bill and extract important information, like your account number, so we can successfully send payments to suppliers.
  • Notify suppliers of payments we’ve sent them.
  • Ask for corrections if a bill is inaccurate.

In any case, we’ll email you after you upload a bill to keep you updated.
