What is a Payment status?

A payment Status shows where your monthly payment is in the collection process. It will typically be one of three statuses:

  • Pending: We’re collecting the payment from you, and it's waiting to be transferred to your Homebox account for payment to your suppliers.
  • Success: Your payment to Homebox has been completed successfully.
  • Failed: The payment didn’t go through, and we’re not reattempting it at the moment. This could be because a payment was made elsewhere or because the account has been closed down.
