When will my payment show on my Homebox account after paying by link?
If you have paid using a payment link, it can take up to three working days for the payment to appear on your Homebox account.
If you have made a payment using a secure Homebox payment link, please allow up to three working days for this to show on your account.
Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or UK bank holidays.
Once you complete the payment, your bank may show the money leaving your account straight away. However, it can take time for the payment to clear through the banking system and be applied to your Homebox balance.
What you need to do
You do not need to send proof of payment straight away. Our system updates automatically once the payment clears.
Tip
If you made the payment on a Friday, over the weekend, or on a bank holiday, it may take slightly longer to appear.

If your payment has not appeared after three full working days, please contact our support team with:
