DetailsWho manages my tenancy documents?
Homebox does not manage tenancy agreements, inventories, check-in reports or any other tenancy documents.
These documents are the responsibility of your landlord, letting agent or building management team. If you have not received them, or you believe the wrong documents have been linked to your tenancy, you should contact your building management team directly.
What does Homebox manage?
Homebox is the utility billing provider for your building.
Our role is to:
- Set up and manage your utility account.
- Produce your monthly utility bills.
- Manage your payments and Direct Debit.
- Support you with questions about your utility charges and account.
We cannot access, amend or provide tenancy agreements, inventories or move-in documentation.
What if I live at a mandatory Homebox site?
If you live in a building where Homebox provides the utilities as part of your tenancy, your utility account is managed by Homebox, but your tenancy remains the responsibility of your landlord or building management team.
Questions about your tenancy, tenancy agreement, inventory, keys, deposits, check-in reports or move-in documentation should always be directed to your building management team.
Note: Homebox can only help with questions about your utility account, bills and payments.
