Bale & Anchor: Electricity and Water Mandatory Billing

Bale & Anchor tenants have electricity and water included, cannot cancel, and meter readings are collected via on-site smart meters.

Bale & Anchor tenants receive both electricity and water services as part of their Homebox package. These services are mandatory and cannot be cancelled.

Meter readings:
Tenants are required to upload their meter readings each month. These readings must be submitted through the designated Homebox portal so that accurate bills can be generated. Smart meters may still operate on-site, but monthly tenant submissions are mandatory.

Account status:
These accounts must remain active for the duration of the service.

Tip: Even though readings are automatic, you can still check your usage on your Homebox dashboard to see how much electricity and water you are consuming.
