Dandi, The Ferme House
Your heating, water and electricity is provided by Ferme House. Its not possible to switch your supplier.
The Ferme House tenants receive both electricity and water services as part of their Homebox package. These services are mandatory and cannot be cancelled separately until you move out.
Heating and hot water
Heating is charged at a flat rate for usage.
Hot Water is charged for both the supply of water and the energy used to heat the water.
Meter readings
All meter readings are collected automatically via on-site smart meters. This means tenants do not need to submit readings themselves as Homebox receives the data directly to calculate accurate bills.
We are aware of a technical issue which means we have not yet received recent meter readings. We are working to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
We make sure that your bills are based on actual readings at least annually, and your moving in and out reads are based on actual readings. While this is a common approach for energy bills, we do want to make sure you have access to more frequent meter readings on both your bill and dashboard.
Tip: Even though readings are automatic, you can still check your usage on your Homebox dashboard to see how much electricity and water you are consuming.
