Dandi, The Ferme House: Electricity and Water Mandatory Billing

Ferme House tenants have electricity and water included, cannot cancel, and meter readings are collected via on-site smart meters

The Ferme House tenants receive both electricity and water services as part of their Homebox package. These services are mandatory and cannot be cancelled.

Meter readings:
All meter readings are collected automatically via on-site smart meters. This means tenants do not need to submit readings themselves as Homebox receives the data directly to calculate accurate bills.

Account status:
These accounts must remain active for the duration of the service.

Tip: Even though readings are automatic, you can still check your usage on your Homebox dashboard to see how much electricity and water you are consuming.
