Sherlock Quarter: Hot Water Mandatory Billing

Sherlock Quarter is a hot water–only site with mandatory billing. Meter readings are automatically received via on-site smart meters. Tenants can add other services if required.

At Sherlock Quarter, your hot water service is mandatory and must remain active throughout your tenancy. This ensures continuous service and accurate billing for all residents.

Meter readings:
You do not need to manually submit readings. Your hot water usage is automatically recorded using on-site smart meters, which securely send readings directly to Homebox for billing.

Adding other services:
If you’d like, you can add additional utilities such as electricity, water, or broadband to your Homebox account, allowing you to manage all your bills in one place.

Account status:
The hot water account at Sherlock Quarter is mandatory and cannot be cancelled during your tenancy.
