Soho Yard: Hot Water Mandatory Billing

Soho Yard tenants receive hot water through Homebox. This is a mandatory service that cannot be cancelled. Tenants must upload monthly meter readings and can add other services if required.

Soho Yard is a hot water–only site, and all tenants must maintain an active Homebox account for billing and usage tracking. The hot water service is compulsory and must remain active throughout your tenancy.

Meter readings:
Tenants are required to upload their hot water meter readings each month via their Homebox dashboard. Providing regular readings helps ensure accurate and fair billing based on your actual usage.

Adding other services:
You can add additional utilities such as electricity, water, or broadband to your Homebox account if you’d like to manage all your household bills in one place.

Account status:
Your hot water account at Soho Yard is mandatory and cannot be cancelled during your tenancy.
