Can I take my bills package with me to my new home?

Absolutely! We encourage you to do this to make your home move as smooth as possible. Just tell us where you’re moving to, and we’ll organise a quote for your new home.

Please note that your bill package price may change for a few reasons:

  • Size of your home: If you’re upsizing to a larger or less energy-efficient home, your energy payments may increase. Similarly, if you’re downsizing, your payments may drop.
  • Area: Different water providers and local authorities will bill different amounts based on the area you’re moving to. Again, your payments may increase or decrease.
  • Service availability: We'll always prioritise setting up your broadband. However, some services may not be available in all areas, particularly in new builds. If this affects you, we'll let you know about any price changes.
