Resolved: Delayed payments to suppliers [Updated: 25/06/2025]

The recent issue affecting some customer payments to suppliers has now been resolved as of Monday 23 June 2025. We’ve sent all remaining payouts and apologise for the disruption caused.

We’re pleased to confirm that the issue affecting some customer payments reaching suppliers through your Homebox wallet has now been fully resolved.

This was caused by a technical issue with our Direct Debit provider, which delayed the time it took for payments to move from your personal bank account to your Homebox wallet.

As of close of play on Monday 23 June 2025, all impacted payments have been processed and sent to suppliers via faster same-day payout.

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience this caused. If you’ve experienced any late payment charges or issues as a result of this, please let us know so we can make things right.

We’re aware of a delay affecting some customer payments reaching suppliers through your Homebox wallet.

This has been caused by a technical issue with our Direct Debit provider. While the payment has left your personal bank account, the time to process the payment to your suppliers has been delayed by the provider.

This issue is currently being fixed and is expected to be resolved by the end of Monday 23rd June 2025. Once it’s resolved, we’ll send faster same-day payments to your suppliers to minimise any disruption. Some suppliers may contact you about a missed or late payment, but rest assured we’re working hard to get everything sorted quickly.

You can continue to upload any bills or reminders to your dashboard as usual, and our team will action them from there.
