After signing up, you will receive a welcome email, and get access to your online account to manage bills and payments.

When you sign up with Homebox, you first choose the package that suits your needs. This could include energy, water, and internet.

Once you’ve selected your package, we provide a breakdown of the price so you know exactly what you’ll pay for each service.

After this, you will receive a welcome email confirming your suppliers and providing a login to your Homebox online account.

Action required:
Use your online account to view your package, add your payment details, and manage your services. This gives you full control and visibility over your utilities from day one.

Tip: Keep an eye on your welcome email and check your junk or spam folder if you don’t receive it within a few minutes of signing up.

Note: Your services are set up to start from your tenancy move-in date, so adding your payment details promptly ensures everything is ready for day one.
