When you sign up with Homebox, you’ll receive a welcome email that includes our Terms of Service and your supplier’s Terms of Service. These documents explain any exit fees or Homebox billing fees that may apply if you end your service early.

Exit fees are set by your energy supplier, not by Homebox, and vary depending on the tariff or contract you’re on and are typically per fuel (Gas and Electricity being 2 fuels).

Tip: Before making any changes to your service, we recommend reviewing the Terms of Service you received to understand if an exit fee will apply.
