Cooling-off period and fees

If you cancel within 14 days of signing up, there are no cancellation fees.

All Homebox service contracts have a 12-month minimum term, and early cancellation fees may apply if you leave after this period.

Internet contracts also have a 12-month minimum term, and a minimum 30-day notice is required to cancel.
Note: Cancelling outside of the 14-day period may result in charges for early termination depending on your service agreement.
Final bills and credit balances

Any final bills or refunds will be issued within 60 days of your cancellation.
