How are my utility charges calculated at Dandi Ferme House?

Your Dandi Ferme House charges are based on actual meter readings where available. If no reading is provided, estimated readings may be used.

How your charges are calculated

At Dandi Ferme House, Homebox receives meter readings from the building and uses these readings to calculate your charges based on your actual usage.

If a meter reading is not provided to Homebox, an estimated meter reading will be used to calculate your charges. This means the amount on your bill may be based on estimated usage rather than your actual usage.

Homebox acts as the billing agent for Dandi Ferme House. Our role is to use the meter information provided by the building to calculate and issue your bills.

Homebox is not responsible for the building's infrastructure or the meters installed at the property. We do not install, maintain or manage the building's metering equipment.

Questions about the meters or metering system?

If you have questions about the location of your meter, how the meters work, the building's metering system or any issues with the physical meters, please speak to the Dandi Ferme House front desk or building management team. They can provide information about the building's metering setup and infrastructure.

Tip: If you believe your bill has been calculated using an incorrect meter reading, please contact Homebox so we can check the information available on your account.
