How do I know if my bills are being paid each month?

Transparency is very important to us. That’s why we’ve made it easy to view the monthly payments made to your suppliers in your online account. This is especially useful since you may occasionally receive bills asking for payment. Here’s what to check to confirm your bill has been paid:

  • Payment reference: The reference number used to pay your utility supplier through Homebox. This should match the account number or reference number on the supplier’s bill.
  • Bill paid: A tick will appear here if the bill has been paid.
  • Bill paid on: This shows the date the bill was paid to the supplier. If you receive a bill saying payment hasn’t been made, check the bill date against the payment date in our system. We may need to adjust your payment date if it’s slightly off from the supplier’s due date.
  • Amount (£): The amount paid to the supplier for your bill.
