How do I submit a meter reading to Homebox?

Log in to your Homebox account and head to the Meter readings section.

Select Upload meter reading and add the following details:

  • Date: This is the date the meter reading was taken, not the date you’re adding it to your online account (this is important).
  • Photo of the reading: This allows us to check the reading is correct to make sure your bills are as accurate as possible.
  • Type of reading: Select whether this is your electricity or gas meter. If you’re not sure, just select Not sure.
  • Reading: Here you can add the numbers you’re seeing on the meter. If you’re not sure what the meter reading says, you can leave this blank.
