How do I update my payment details?
You can also update your monthly payment details in the Settings section. Simply choose Payment method from the menu on the left.
⚠️ Warning: You can update your payment details once your direct debit is cancelled with your bank. To do this, contact your bank or go to the direct debit section of your online banking app or website. After cancellation, you'll receive a text and email asking you to add your new payment details to your Homebox account.
