How to take a meter reading

Step 1: Identify the correct meter (electricity or gas).
Step 2: Record the numbers displayed on your meter.
Step 3: If your meter has a decimal or fraction (e.g., 123.45), round down to the nearest whole number (e.g., 123).
Step 4: Submit the reading
