Why don’t my payments to suppliers match my total payment in?
The only time the total amount paid in doesn’t match what’s paid to suppliers is when you have a TV licence in your Homebox package.
TV licence is paid quarterly, so we collect the fee monthly, based on the annual charge divided into 12 equal payments. The funds are stored in your Homebox e-money account, ready for the next quarterly payment.
As shown in the screenshot below, the difference between the Actual total in and Actual total out is the TV licence cost.
