If your Direct Debit hasn’t been taken yet, it may simply be due to the scheduled payment date or a short delay in your payment showing on the dashboard. You can check your payment schedule anytime through your online portal.

How to check your Direct Debit payment and what to expect

If you’ve noticed that your usual payment hasn’t been taken this month, here are a few things to check first:

Check your payment schedule on the portal

You can view your upcoming and past payments at any time by logging into your online portal.

💡 Tip: Look for the “Billing” or “Payments” section to see the next scheduled date and payment status.

Allow time for updates

Sometimes there’s a short delay between the money leaving your bank account and it showing as paid on your dashboard.

⏳ Note: This delay is usually no more than a couple of working days and is nothing to worry about.

Bank holidays or weekends

If your payment date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, the money may be taken the next working day instead.
