If you are moving home, the first step is to go to the Moving Home section in your Homebox dashboard. This section lets you notify us that you are moving out of your current property. 

Tip: Logging into your dashboard gives you a personalised view of your move and any services linked to your account.


Complete the Moving Home form

Once in the Moving Home section, complete the Moving House form. This form collects essential information about your new home, such as:

  • Your new address

  • The date you will move in

  • Any services you want to transfer, stop, or start

Note: Completing this form is crucial as it triggers the next steps in your move and helps Homebox manage your energy, broadband, and other bundled services.


What happens next

After submitting the form, Homebox will:
