How can I view a breakdown of my bill?

You can view a full breakdown of your Homebox bill by logging into your Dashboard and visiting the Payments section. This shows your monthly payments in and out, including payments to each supplier.

How to view your bill breakdown

To see how your monthly payments are distributed, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Homebox Dashboard.

  2. Go to Payments on the left-hand side menu.

Here you’ll see two sections:

  • Payments In – shows when your Direct Debit payment was triggered and collected by Homebox.

  • Payments Out – shows each supplier payment made that month, including:

    • The supplier name

    • The amount paid

    • The supplier account number

This view gives you a transparent breakdown of where your monthly payment goes and which suppliers are included in your bills package.


Example

You might see entries like:

  • Energy Supplier – £85.20 (Account: 123456789)

  • Water Supplier – £32.40 (Account: 987654321)

  • Homebox Service Fee – £15.00

These are the payments Homebox makes on your behalf from your monthly balance.

📘 Tip: If you’d like to download your statement for reference or proof of payment, you can click Download in the Payments section to generate a receipt for that month.
