How do I update my communication preferences?

You can manage how Homebox contacts you by updating your communication preferences in your Account Settings on your Dashboard.

How to update your preferences

To choose how you’d like Homebox to contact you, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Homebox Dashboard.

  2. Go to Settings on the left-hand menu.

  3. Select Account Settings or go directly to Account Settings.

  4. Scroll down to the Communication Preferences section.

  5. Tick or untick the boxes based on your preferences:

    • Yes, I want to receive special offers from our partners, marketing messages & our newsletter.

    • Yes, I want you to be able to contact me through my phone.

  6. Press Update Details to save your changes.

Your preferences will update automatically across our systems within a few hours.


Important notes

Even if you opt out of marketing messages, you’ll still receive essential communications about your account and services, including:

  • Transactional emails (for example, password resets or billing confirmations)

  • Transactional SMS messages (for important account or payment updates)

📘 Tip: We recommend keeping at least one contact method active to ensure you don’t miss any important service updates.
