How do I update my email address or phone number?
You can update your contact details anytime by logging into your Homebox Dashboard and visiting your Account Settings page.
How to update your contact details
If you need to change your name, email address or phone number, you can do this quickly online:

Log in to your Homebox Dashboard.

Go to Settings on the left-hand menu.

Select Account Settings or go directly to Account Settings.

Update your details in the relevant fields.

Press Update Details to save your changes.
Once submitted, your information will automatically update across our systems within a few hours.
📘 Tip: Make sure your contact details are always up to date so you don’t miss important updates or notifications about your bills and services.

What happens next
After updating your details, there’s no need to contact us as everything syncs automatically.
If you notice your new details haven’t appeared after a full working day, please get in touch through your Dashboard and our team will check this for you.
