How do I submit a meter reading to Homebox?
To submit a meter reading, simply log into your Homebox Dashboard and head to the Meter Readings section
Log in to your Homebox dashboard and head to the Meter Readings section.

Select Upload meter reading and add the following details:
- Date: This is the date the meter reading was taken, not the date you’re adding it to your online account (this is important).
- Photo of the reading: This allows us to check the reading is correct to make sure your bills are as accurate as possible.
- Type of reading: Select whether this is your electricity or gas meter. If you’re not sure, just select Not sure.
- Reading: Here you can add the numbers you’re seeing on the meter. If you’re not sure what the meter reading says, you can leave this blank.
