Transferring your bills package to your new home

You can transfer your Homebox bills package to your new property by completing the Move form in your Dashboard or giving us a call to schedule your home move.

How to transfer your Homebox package

If you’re moving home and want to keep using Homebox, you don’t need to start from scratch as we’ll transfer your package to your new address.

You can do this in one of two ways:

Option 1: Complete the Move form

  1. Log in to your Homebox Dashboard.

  2. Go to Moving House and open the Move form.

  3. Enter your move-out date and new address details.

  4. Select which services you’d like to continue at your new property (for example, energy, internet, or water).

  5. Submit the form, and our team will start setting up your new accounts right away.

Option 2: Give us a call

If you’d prefer, you can also call our team to schedule your move.


We’ll confirm your new details over the phone, discuss your service options, and ensure a smooth transition between addresses.

📘 Tip: Complete your move form or call us at least 14 days before your move date to avoid any service interruptions.


What happens next

Once we have your new details, we’ll:

  • Close your current supplier accounts and settle any final bills

  • Set up your new accounts at your new address

  • Keep your existing Homebox package active so your services continue seamlessly
