When was my payment collected?
You can check your payment dates in the Payments section of your Homebox Dashboard. Payments are collected 3 working days after the trigger date.
To see when your payment was collected, go to the Payments section on the left-hand side of your Homebox Dashboard.
Here you’ll see:

A Payments In section showing when your payment was triggered
Payments are collected by Direct Debit 3 working days after the trigger date, and your Homebox account balance is usually updated within 5 working days of that trigger date.
Example:
If your payment was triggered on a Monday, it would normally be collected by Thursday, and your Dashboard balance would update by the following Monday.
Tip: You don’t need to do anything once your payment is triggered — it’s processed automatically through your Direct Debit.
Note: If a payment hasn’t appeared after 5 working days, check your bank statement or contact our support team through your Dashboard for help.
