How can I see what’s included in my bills package?

You can view your bills package, included suppliers, account numbers, and next payment date anytime from your Homebox Dashboard.

To view your bills package, simply log into your Homebox Dashboard. 

On the right-hand side of your Dashboard, you’ll see a section called “Bills Package.” This shows:

  • The total monthly cost of your Homebox package

  • A list of suppliers included in your package (for example, energy, water, internet, or TV)

  • The plan you’re on for each service

  • The supplier account number in brackets next to each service

This section also displays when your next payment will be collected, helping you stay on top of your monthly bills.

Tip: If something doesn’t look right or you think a service is missing, contact our support team through the Help section of your Dashboard so we can check it for you.
