Where can I find my suppliers Terms and Conditions?
Homebox has its own Terms and Conditions, and each supplier within your bills package also has their own. You can review all terms at any time on our Help Centre.
Understanding supplier terms
When you join Homebox, you agree to our Homebox Terms and Service, which outline how we manage your household services, payments, and accounts.
You can read them here:

Alongside these, each of the suppliers included in your bills package (for example, energy, water, broadband, or TV) has their own separate terms. These cover how they provide their service, including usage limits, service standards, and policies for faults or cancellations.
You can read them here:
👉 Supplier Terms and Conditions
Note: Your Homebox Terms and Conditions cover how we manage these suppliers on your behalf, including setting up, monitoring, and closing accounts. The supplier’s own terms still apply to their individual services.
Why this matters
Understanding both sets of terms helps you know:
-
What Homebox manages for you
-
What each supplier is responsible for
-
