What happens at the end of my tenancy

If you’re moving out, complete the Moving House form so we can close your accounts correctly. If you’re extending your tenancy, no action is needed as your Homebox service will continue.

If you’re moving out

When your tenancy ends and you’re moving to a new address, you’ll need to let us know so we can close your current accounts and stop your bills from continuing.

To do this, simply complete our Moving House form:

Once submitted, we’ll:

  • Collect your final meter readings (where applicable)

  • Notify your suppliers and close your accounts

  • Process your final payments and update your Homebox account accordingly

📘 Tip: Please complete the form ideally 1 month before you move out so we have time to close your accounts and prevent extra charges.


If you’re staying at the same address

If you’re extending your tenancy and want to continue using Homebox at your current address, you don’t need to do anything.

Your Homebox account and all services will remain active automatically and there’s no need to reapply or set anything up again.

Your payments and services will continue as normal, and we’ll keep managing your accounts and bills on your behalf.
