Important information
Electricity and Gas is supplied by Tru Energy Ltd trading as truEnergy under a supply license issued by Ofgem. The supply contract is arranged through The Student Energy Group Ltd trading as Do Energy, an agent of truEnergy.
Homebox is a third party intermediary and does not supply electricity or gas. We provide a bills management service; as part of this service when signing up to the Homebox Energy tariff to enable access to this tariff we agree to manage the relationship with the Supplier and their agent on Your behalf.
We will set up an account with Do Energy for your property who will transfer your Electricity Supply and any Gas Supply to TruEnergy. The account will be in our name (Billing Better Ltd); we will bill you each month and collect the agreed amount from your household e-money account.
You will make payments to Homebox and you are liable to pay Us for your usage and the daily standing charge. We collect payments monthly based on your estimated annual usage, averaged across the year, this will mean your balance will vary based on your seasonal usage. We receive a commission from the agent while you are on this tariff which is included in the Daily Standing Charge you pay.

Tariff terms
This tariff is only available to Customers who:
➤ do not have one or more prepayment meters;
➤ are a domestic customer for the fuel supply of electricity and if applicable gas.
➤ have an electricity meter which is either a single rate, economy 7 or a smart meter operating in credit mode.

Cancellation and termination
You can cancel your Subscription within 14 days of signing up. You should email us or send us the Model Cancellation Form that is available from the Homebox Terms of Service. You will be required to pay for any electricity and gas you have used. We will refund you within 14 days of confirming your final bill when using your cooling-off rights.
You may cancel at any time by providing us with 30 days notice by contacting us and paying an early termination fee of £60 per fuel (£120 where you are supplied with both Electricity and Gas). This represents the exit fee for ending the Homebox Energy Tariff early and is paid to the agent. It does not include any other exit or cancellation fees.
